Helping individuals to identify what needs to be different for them, creating personal development goals and a safe environment to enable honest and challenging conversations about what holds them back. Coaching conversations lead to individuals committing to actions to move themselves forward, unlocking their potential and performance.
Typically coaching will take place face to face, with a minimum of three sessions of around 2 hours duration. Sally undertakes coaching work within the workplace and also with private individuals.
Emotional Intelligence [EQ] is widely recognized as a huge enabler of leadership and personal performance. Sally offer’s clients the opportunity to experience 360 feedback from their colleagues relating to their EQ using the Korn Ferry Emotional and Social Competency Inventory. This enables individuals to gain insight and challenge around their behaviours and how they impact others. The 360 feedback is a great starting point for a coaching or leadership programme, or simply a kick start to personal development.
Sally works with leaders to understand the current dynamics of a team using a range of team diagnostics, and creates suitable bespoke interventions and events to support the creation of a high performance team.
This work may include; creating a clear team purpose, contracting around team behaviours, building trust in the team and facilitating team feedback or some good old ‘team building’ activities.
Sally also uses Myers Briggs Type Indicator to help individuals gain an understanding of their own personal preferences and seek to recognize and value difference in others.
