The passion to enable individuals, leaders and teams to be at their best is at the heart of all work undertaken by Sally Leese Associates. Established in 2006, Sally and a small team of associates have been partnering with a wide range of clients, unlocking the potential of their people, driving leadership capability, enabling employee engagement and developing high performing teams.
The business has grown through personal recommendations and an emphasis on building trusted partnerships with clients, developing cost effective and impactful solutions.
Sally held senior HR positions within Cadbury until 2005, where she gained fabulous experience of leadership and coaching, team effectiveness challenges and the core drivers (and drainers!) of employee engagement. Sally is a qualified coach, and has worked with hundreds of clients, from CEOs to early careers graduates. She is an MBTI practitioner and uses 360 Emotional Intelligence feedback in many aspects of her work. In recent years Sally has developed extensive experience in strengthening resilience and helping people to thrive in the workplace. As a Master Practitioner of the WRAWindex [Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing] She has supported individuals and teams across world to learn how to thrive not just survive in challenging times.
Sally has a pragmatic and down to earth approach and a style that both challenges clients to clarify what needs to be different and supports them to deliver that change. Every client has unique challenges and Sally works hard to understand their needs and develop bespoke, value adding solutions.
Sally will look to create maximum value for minimum investment. She operates with honesty and integrity and delighting the client is at the heart of all her work.
Sally is quick to build rapport with clients and uses her personal energy, enthusiasm and story telling to create an environment for learning and challenge
Sally is able to understand the context quickly, make connections, frame issues and offer realistic and practical solutions
Outside of her working world, Sally is a mum of two ‘adult’ children and likes to live the ‘good life’ with her husband and a menagerie of animals, including two dogs, two donkeys and dozens of ducks and chickens, oh and the odd sheep!
