Time and time again Sally meets individuals who are not being the best versions of themselves: their energy is depleted, they lack focus on what they really want to achieve or are challenged by self-doubt and limiting beliefs. They all have potential to do more and be more: to achieve a higher level of personal and professional success. Helping to unlock this potential is what really drives and excites Sally.


She workswith individuals to help them to identify their personal and professional goals and challenge them to acknowledge and overcome their ‘interferences’, to work on reducing those beliefs, habits and behaviours that prevent them from being the best version of themselves. Sally also specialises in resilience coaching, helping individuals to thrive in challenging times.

Not many people start their career consciously wanting to be a leader, they want to be successful in whatever profession they have chosen, sure, but often the challenges of leadership surprise them.

  • How do you build ‘big’ relationships and engage others in your vision, inspiring them to work towards the future you want to create?

Effective Leadership is the biggest enabler of organisational success and employee engagement. Supporting the development of leaders and ensuring individuals experience great leadership is a key pillar of Sally’s work.

Teams

High performing teams achieve great results. Everyone knows that. But how do you create the right culture in the team to unlock the potential of individual players and the team as a whole and how do you know when you have it?


If the answers to the following questions are mostly ‘no’ it is unlikely that you have a high performing team! 

  • Does the team have a clear vision and purpose to which they are all committed? 
  • Have they agreed team behaviours to support success?
  • Is there trust among team members and a willingness to ask for and offer each other support?
  • Does the team ensure conflicts and debates stay healthy?
  • Does the team hold each other to account and challenge behaviours that damage the team?
  • Does the team recognize and value each other’s strengths and differences?
  • Does the team focus on results and suffer setbacks acutely?


Creating high performing teams does not happen overnight, it takes thoughtful and constructive intervention and a commitment to continue the journey, building on success and learning from setbacks, but the rewards can be exponential.
